Museo Stefano Bardini

Stefano Bardini (1836-1922) was an excellent connoisseur of art and an artfuf and unconventional antiques dealer. Bardini donated his private collection to Florence in 1922, staged in the neo - renaissance palace,the seat of his antiques gallery. Among the most significant works we cite the Charity of Tino Camaino, The Madonna with child and San John of Benedetto da Maiano, San Michele Arcangelo of Antonio del Pollaiolo, Our Lady of Cordai of Donatello, The Atlas by Guercino alongside ceramics, medals, bronzes, oriental rugs, musical instruments, rare fifteenth century chests and a small but important armoury.
