How it works

  1. You can buy Firenzecard+ only if you also buy Firenzecard: you can do this online or at our sales points
  2. If you purchase it online, you can choose whether to download the Firenzecard app on your device, enter your voucher code, and get your cards in digital form or print out the voucher received by email, hand it over to the staff of the collection points when you arrive in Florence, and pick up your physical Firenzecard+
  3. It is activated the first time you use the city’s public transportation system
  4. In the case of purchase or collection of the physical Firenzecard+, enter your Firenzecard number in the space provided on your Firenzecard+ and validate your Firenzecard+ when you get on the first public transportation vehicle

Extend your vacation with RESTART!

With Restart, available exclusively in digital version on iOS smartphones/tablets (version 10.0 or later for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) or Android (version 5.0 or later), you can add an extra 48 hours to your Firenzecard after it has expired, to extend your art vacation or to return at a later date to the birthplace of the Renaissance. Visit the museums you haven't seen yet, and remember that you have one year from the purchase of your Firenzecard to activate it.
