How it works

  1. Firenzecard Restart can only be purchased online after your Firenzecard expires and within 12 months of its initial purchase
  2. You can activate it immediately after the expiration of your Firenzecard to have 5 consecutive days or within 6 months from the purchase of your Firenzecard
  3. At the time of purchase, you can add Firenzecard+ to use the public transportation system and take advantage of the best offers
  4. It can only be used on iOS smartphones/tablets (version 10.0 or later for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) or Android (version 5.0 or later)
