Has your Firenzecard expired and do you want to activate Restart in a free Promo?
We explain below how to add 48 free hours to your Firenzecard:
• wait for your Firenzecard to expire
• after the expiration, go to the Buy section on our site
• click on the blue button "Activate" in the box "Activate your Firenzecard Restart"
• on the Restart activation page, select the purchase method by answering the question “Where did you purchase the Firenzecard?”, and clicking on “Stores” if you purchased your card at one of the authorized points of sale in Florence or on “Online” if you purchased your card online on our site
• at this point, if your purchased your card at one of the authorized points of sale in Florence, enter your Firenzecard number and the date of purchase; if you purchased your card online, enter the number of your Firenzecard (physical or digital) and the email address used at the time of purchase
• click on “Add”
• click on the small Restart box and enter the email (only in case of purchase at the point of sale)
• click on “Buy” in the box on the right
• accept all the terms and conditions of service and complete the procedure.

After completing the above procedure, you will receive by email the voucher for the creation of your Restart within the Firenzecard App.
