Buy your Firenzecards following three simple steps. You will receive by email a voucher that will allow you: 1) to collect your "physical" cards at your arrival in Florence OR, ALTERNATIVELY, 2) to use your "digital" Firenzecards on your smartphone downloading our free App. If you want to use Firenzecard in digital format: 1) enter the App; 2) click on “your cards”; 3) click on “add a card” and input the voucher number; 4) click on “download card”. If you have already downloaded Firenzecard app, please remind that you have to update the app before using it for your visits and that you must never uninstall the app, once generated the digital card on your phone and personalized with your data, because your card will be deleted and it will be no longer refundable.
