Book online your visit with Firenzecard

For Palazzo Vecchio Museum, Arnolfo Tower, Brancacci Chapel, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, Novecento Museum and Stefano Bardini Museum the reservation must be made online on the Firenzecard official website.

•    Access the Firenzecard app or go to the website www.firenzecard.it
•    Select the desired museum
•    Enter your Firenzecard code and the number of associated minors
•    Choose the date and time of your visit and proceed.

 After making your booking, you will receive via email your booking confirmation to show to the museum staff at the time of your visit.

Free reservations must also be made for minors in your family.
Once the reservation is made, it cannot be changed.

Reservation is mandatory for the Palazzo Vecchio Museum, the Arnolfo Tower (Palazzo Vecchio Tower), the Brancacci Chapel, and Palazzo Medici Riccardi, whereas it is optional for the Stefano Bardini Museum and the Museo Novecento.
